Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy:
From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival we charge 40% the rental price.
From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we will charge you 90% of the total price.

There is always the possibility of unexpected things happening. In order to be financially protected in the event of cancellation or interruption of your trip, we recommend that you take out reliable travel insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung AG:

Holiday destination
In the scenic, beautifully situated natural stage of the Ossiacheres in the village Bodensdorf is our holiday apartment in a beautiful holiday resort on a 4000m² large area.
In the immediate vicinity are :
Restaurants, bakeries, lido, cinema, supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy, post office, tobacconists, tennis courts, train, bus etc.
A large Mediterranean garden with play lawn (approx. 2300m²), seating, loungers, table tennis, children's swing, sandpit, car park, invites for your well-being.
Getting there
From Salzburg A10 to exit Villach-Ossiachersee, then approx. 10 km on the federal road 94 to Bodensdorf, at the post office turn right into the Poststraße, after approx. 300m Gartenweg is on the right.
From Vienna/Graz:
Take the Südautobahn A2 to exit Klagenfurt Nord- Feldkirchen to Bodensdorf, turn left at the entrance to the village near the islet (no turning lane),
after approx. 20m turn right into Poststraße, then approx. 100m and turn left into Gartenweg ( below Hotel Bierpeter)
