Cancellation policy

Please take out a cancellation insurance, the Austrian hotel regulation conditions apply! Cancellation policy: From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival we charge 40% the rental price. From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the rental price. In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we will charge you 90% of the total price. In the village there is a swimming pool with all possible water sports such as water skiing, surfing, pedal boats etc.. Tennis courts and mini golf courses are also available. Jogging, walking on flat trails, cycling tours with the free Region Card! On the local Gerlitze mountain you can paraglide and hang glide, or you can enjoy the wonderful view of Carinthia.

Holiday destination

Our holiday apartment is located in the scenic, beautifully situated natural stage of Lake Ossiach in the village of Bodensdorf - here are many opportunities for swimming, surfing, boat trips, surfing, fishing, cycling, hiking, paragliding, culture (Carinthian summer) etc.. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by! A large Mediterranean garden with playground and sunbathing lawn of approx. 2300 sqm, seating, barbecue, sunbeds, table tennis, children's swing, sandpit, large private car park etc. is ideal to make you feel at home.

Getting there

From Salzburg A10 to exit Villach-Ossiachersee, then continue on the B94 for approx. 10 km to Bodensdorf, at the post office turn right into Poststraße, then right into Gartenweg for 300 metres. From Vienna/ Graz: Take the A2 Südautobahn to the exit Klagenfurt Nord- Feldkirche B94 to Bodensdorf, then turn left at the entrance to the village at the roundabout (there is no turning lane) after approx. 20m turn right into Poststraße and after approx. 100m into Gartenweg.(Below the Bierpeter Hotel)

Liebe Familie Neuwirth! Vielen Dank für die liebevolle Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts in Kärnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war einmalig. Die bis in Kleinigkeiten gut durchdachte Ausstattung hat uns begeistert. Fanden wir noch in keiner Fewo! Auch die an die Küche grenzende Terrasse mit Blick in einem liebevoll angelegten, abwechslungsreichen Garten , trug zu unserer Entspannung bei. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswerter Urlaub, der nicht nur durch die Fewo punktet sondern auch viele interresante Ausflungsziele hat. Wir würden gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen!

Liebe Familie Neuwirth, Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Urlaubswoche im September in Ihrer FeWo Nussbaum. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, angefangen von der netten Begrüßung, jede Menge interessanter Informationen und gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Eine eigene Terrasse, ein Erker im kleinen hellen Wohnzimmer sowie ein großes Schlafzimmer. Der Garten ist ein wahres Juwel. Traumhaft gestaltet und bis in kleinste Detail geplant. Auch unsere Fahrräder konnten sicher in einem Biohort- Abstellraum untergebracht werden. Direkt unmittelbar hinter dem Garten befindet sich die Bahnstrecke und dahinter der Ossiacher See. Für Radfahrer und Wanderer ist die Gegend ein Paradies. Uns hat es bei Ihnen sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicher irgendwann einmal wiederkommen. Herzlichst S. und M. aus Bottrop
