Our holiday flat is situated in a beautiful holiday complex on a 4000 sqm large property in the beautiful natural setting of Lake Ossiach in the village of Bodensdorf. Restaurants, beach resorts, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, tourist offices, doctors, pharmacies, tobacconists, post office, library, hairdresser, tennis courts, mini golf, train station, bus stop etc. are all in the immediate vicinity. From Salzburg A10 to exit Villach-Ossiachersee, then approx. 10 km on the federal road 94 to Bodensdorf, at the post office turn right into the Poststraße, after approx. 300m Gartenweg is on the right. From Vienna/Graz: Take the Südautobahn A2 to exit Klagenfurt Nord- Feldkirchen to Bodensdorf, turn left at the entrance to the village near the islet (no turning lane), after approx. 20m turn right into Poststraße, then approx. 100m and turn left into Gartenweg ( below Hotel Bierpeter)

Bestens ausgestattete Wohnung, sauber und geräumig mit der 20 qm großen Terrasse als Highlight - das riesige Grundstück mit üppigem Pflanzen- und Blumenschmuck ist liebevoll gepflegt und alleine eine Augenweide - absolut nette Vermieter mit denen man gerne ein Schwätzchen hält - reizvolle Umgebung mit vielfältigen Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten - z.B. Fahrradtour um den See mit Boxenstopp in Ossiach beim Seewirt (prima Saibling) - wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
