Cancellation policy:
From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival we charge 40% the rental price.
From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we will charge you 90% of the total price.

There is always the possibility of unexpected things happening. In order to be financially protected in the event of cancellation or interruption of your trip, we recommend that you take out reliable travel insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung AG:

Our holiday homes are located in the scenic, beautifully situated natural setting of Lake Ossiach with the village of Bodensdorf and all the possibilities for swimming, surfing, boat trips, fishing, cycling, hiking, horseback riding, paragliding, culture (Carinthian summer), etc..
Enjoy the sunny, level location, the lake and the centre are about 5 minutes walk away. We offer a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a 2700m² large play area - sunbathing lawn, loungers and seating - table tennis etc..
Getting there
From Salzburg A10 to exit Villach-Ossiachersee, then approx. 10 km on the federal road 94 to Bodensdorf, at the post office turn right into the Poststraße, after approx. 300m Gartenweg is on the right.
From Vienna/Graz:
Südautobahn A2 to Klagenfurt Nord- Feldkirchen exit after
Bodensdorf, turn left at the entrance to the village near the island (no turning lane),
after approx. 20m turn right into Poststraße, then approx. 100m and turn left into Gartenweg ( below Hotel Bierpeter)

In der Ferienwohnung waren wir jetzt bereits zum 2. Mal. Diese ist in einem tadellosen Zustand. Bemerkenswert ist die Ausstattung sowie die Extras, wie Fahrräder, Eintritt ins Strandbad sowie die absolut familiäre Atmosphäre.
Ein Augenschmaus ist der liebevoll angelegte Garten und das beeindruckende Blumenmeer.
Preis/Leistung sind absolut in Ordnung und die Umgebung ist für viele Freizeitaktivitäten wie geschaffen.
Man hat insgesamt das Gefühl, nach Hause zu kommen.

Als Familie mit zwei Kindern (10/17) ist man in dieser Fewo sehr gut aufgehoben: Es ist einfach alles da, was das Herz begehrt und wenn etwas fehlt, sind die Gastgeber sofort zur Stelle. Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich der gepflegte Garten, wo es für alles genug Raum gibt und der zum Verweilen einlädt. Vielen Dank an Familie Neuwirth! Wir kommen wieder!
