About 20 kilometers away in Castelnuovo Magra, there is a very beautiful historic winery "Lunae" with wine tasting and sales. The white marble mountains of Colonnata / Carrara are 25 km away. Here, interesting jeep tours into the marble mountains are offered. Approximately 500 meters from the house, there is a climbing park.

Holiday destination

The kilometer-long sandy beach can be reached with a comfortable walk or by bicycles, which can be rented from various bike rentals. It is ideal for long beach walks with views of the Apuan Alps. There are beach resorts of all price ranges and, of course, free beaches as well. Casa Silvana is not only an ideal starting point for seaside fun but also perfect for visiting the Tuscan art cities, which are quickly accessible thanks to the good highway connection. Lucca is about 30 km away, Pisa about 40 km, and Florence about 110 km. The enchanting Cinque Terre, to which excursion boats regularly operate from Marina di Massa during the summer months, are about 50 km away.

Getting there

Continue towards Firenze/Livorno until the Massa/Montignoso exit. Shortly after the exit, turn right towards Mare/Marina di Massa. Stay on this road until you reach the sea road after about 1 km. Here, turn left and drive for about 4 km to Marina di Massa / Poveromo.
