The property consists of a main house with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room that is air-conditioned, 1 bathroom, a terrace and a huge garden with an outdoor 8mx4m swimming pool that serves as an oasis for your rest and family joy. Here you can sunbathe all day on the pool, enjoy a wine glass under the shaded terrace and dine while the children swim in the pool or relax with table tennis or table football. Next to the pool there is a summer kitchen with barbecue, covered and closed, so you can prepare the barbecue and cook as you please.

Imotski is known for its viticulture and rural culture with a good gastronomic offer. Here you will have the opportunity to taste many domestic products (Matkovic Winery); the possibility of canoeing, quad or e-bike tours around 7 lakes. You can also visit the Ranch Medvidovic for horseback riding. The entrance to the Biokovo Mountains Nature Park with a new attraction – SKYWALK – a glass platform from which you can see the entire coast of Central Dalmatia, the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding islands is 1 hour away. There is also a restaurant Vrata Biokova with local organic cuisine and horses. This natural environment is the perfect choice for an active holiday. It is possible to organize various excursions... one-day boat tours where you have your skipper ... or ZIPLINE for adults and children. Međugorje and Kravica and Čeveljuša waterfalls are about 1 hour away. Split is a 1-hour drive away, and Dubrovnik is about a 2-hour drive away.

Cancellation and termination of stay:
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant must pay the following pro rata rents as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

-up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: free cancellation
-up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
-up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
- No-show or interruption of the vacation... 100% of the full booking amount.
(2) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The day on which the declaration is received by the landlord is decisive.
