-up to 42 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price

- otherwise (later than 13 days before rental) 100% of the rental price.
(2) The lessee can prove a lower damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant breaks the stay prematurely, he / she remains obliged to pay the full rental price.

The beautiful small towns of Baska Voda and Brela are full of entertainment, nightlife and miles of unique and popular pebble beaches, ideal for diving and snorkeling. 5 minutes drive away is center of Baska Voda where you will find everything you need; supermarkets, fruit market, pharmacy, banks and of course many cafes, bars and restaurants offering Dalmatian dishes. For children there are amusement parks and child-friendly beaches.
A 15-minute drive away is Makarska, a larger city with great nightlife, cultural facilities and a beautiful seafront.

Sehr schöner, ruhiger Urlaub weitab vom Touri-Gedränge. Sehr sauberes Unterkunft. Alles da - sogar Waschmittel. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat gute Tipps und auch für unsere Bootstour seine Kühltasche verliehen. Für unsere große Tochter (12j) war es nicht so schön, kein separates Zimmer zu haben. Unsere jüngere Tochter (8j) fand das Schlafen auf der Empore mit Falltüre aber total cool. Die Gartenanlage ist schön gepflegt und wir haben den Feigenbaum fast leer gegessen. Die Kids haben bis Nachts im beleuchteten Pool Spaß gehabt und die Eltern konnten Sternschnuppen zählen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
Zum Strand und Einkaufen braucht man ein Auto, aber nach zwei Tagen weiß man auch, wo man parken und Einkaufen kann.

Die Aussicht von Haus und vom Parkplatz einfach ein Traum. Sehr ruhige Lage. Wer von ganzen Stress weg will, da ist er richtig aufgehoben. Der Vermieter sehr nett und freundlich. Sogar noch ein Abendessen auf traditionelle Art für uns gekocht.
