Cancellation policy
Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period starts and doesn't name a new tenant who accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs:
Cancellation
- up to 60 days before arrival: cancellation possible
- up to 42 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- up to 28 days before arrival: 70% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price
- - In case of No show or in case of interruption of the holiday ... 100% of the total holiday amount.
(2) The lessee can prove a lower damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant breaks the stay prematurely, he / she remains obliged to pay the full rental price.

The small, quiet village Zmijavci is a unique location for nature lovers, adventure lovers and families because of the picturesque green landscape, many natural phenomens known as the Red and Blue Lakes, as well as Ričice Lakes and Vrljika River, which are just are a few minutes drive away. Here you can ride horses at Ranch Medvidovic. Visit one of many wineries, taste delicious food, tasty local products in nice traditional restaurants - The region is known for wine growing and rural culture with good gastronomic offer. Quad and E-bike tours are possible to organize.
The house is only half an hour away from the most beautiful beaches of Makarska Riviera.

Auf der Suche nach einem schönen Erholungsurlaub, haben wir das Ferienhaus Stella gebucht. Bereits vor der Buchung war die Kommunikation sehr herzlich. Zum Check in wurden wir mit einer Obstplatte und typischen Köstlichkeiten aus der Region begrüßt. Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch der Garten waren Tip Top sauber und sehr gepflegt. Von der Unterkunft aus, gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Sehr zu empfohlen ist ein Besuch in Dubrovnik. Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Urlaubstage in der Ferienwohnung und kommen gerne zurück.

Super schönes Haus, das ich so immer wieder buchen würde. Nach 3 Nächten in dem sehr touristisch überlaufenden Makarska, war diese zauberhafte Unterkunft genau das, was wir gebraucht haben. Ist für zwei Menschen absolut perfekt. Wir würden super lieb von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Wir würden mit einem sehr leckerem, hausgemachten Kuchen, sowie selbstgemachten Wein und selbstgebrannten Brandy überrascht. Ich kann dieses Chalet ohne Vorbehalte zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
