In the event of a rental withdrawal from the entered rental agreement, the tenant must pay the following cancellation fees - unless otherwise stated in the rental contract:

• from 30 days before arrival: 95% of the net rental price
• "No Show" or termination of the rental during the agreed rental period: 100% of the net rental price

The Giona river, which precisely at Maccagno mixes with Lake Maggiore, divides Maccagno into two sister communities, each with ancient village centers and their own beaches: Maccagno Inferiore and Maccagno Superiore.
