Holiday destination
Pino is a charming, naturally developed village with numerous walking and hiking trails. The picturesque locality is situated on a rocky promontory that extends into Lake Maggiore as a peninsula, from which one can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake, Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, and the surrounding mountains. The well-maintained beach and Switzerland are just 900 meters from Pino. It is worth mentioning the infrastructure that the area offers: excellent restaurants, medical and pharmaceutical care, banks, and shopping facilities; all things that guarantee a pleasant stay, even for a longer duration. The cultural events on offer are also diverse.

Vorneweg: Die Terrasse und der Ausblick sowie die Ruhe der Location ist großartig. Dennoch haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt: Die Wohnung war definitiv nicht komplett geputzt (Ablageflächen wie Theke oder Tisch, Boden) und einige Gegenstände (Kaffeemaschine, Stereoanlage) waren verstaubt und klebrig. Zudem muffelt es im hinten gelegenen Schlafzimmer modrig. Sofa, die beiden Sessel und die Sitzkissen für die Balkonstühle haben Flecken und sind sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen - die gehören wirklich mal ausgetauscht. Ebenso die uralte Stereoanlage, deren CD-Player hängt. Insgesamt ist der Wohnung anzusehen, dass sich niemand richtig kümmert. Fazit: Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.
