Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the following amounts must be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to the day before the rental begins: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day the rental begins or later: the full rental price.

Wir waren für 1 Woche im Haus und haben auch die sehr netten Hausbesitzer kennengelernt.
Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit.
Vom Balkon aus hat man einen EINMALIGEN Blick aufs Meer.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts.
Perfekt wäre es gewesen, wenn das Bett eine gewisse Härte aufgewiesen hätte .
Aber das mag ja auch Jeder anders.
