If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the following amounts must be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) up to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) up to the day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day of the rental period start or later: the full rental price.

During the summer, various markets and different events take place. In the surrounding area, excursions to many small old-Dutch villages such as Kolhorn, to the cities of Schagen and Alkmaar, Hoorn, Enkhuizen, as well as to Amsterdam with its museums and canal cruises, are well worth it.
Holiday destination
Holiday home Strandslag 112 is located in the beautiful Julianadorp, where you'll find numerous shops, supermarkets, a fish shop, cafes, restaurants, a tennis court, mini-golf, a swimming pool, a golf course, and a sports school.
In Den Helder, you can visit the Lifeboat Museum, the Navy Museum, the children's play paradise, a cinema, as well as Fort Kijkduin with a North Sea aquarium.
Fresh rolls are baked daily in the park.
Getting there
From Alkmaar: Follow the N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit (comes after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right), turn right at the intersection and then immediately left: follow Van Foreestweg to the dunes.
There, turn left; after about 300 m on the left is Park Strandslag.

Super ausgerüstete Küche mit allem was man braucht. Die Gartenmöbel sind viel besser als es die Bilder vermuten lassen und Can Vakanzie waren wie immer super nett, bei Problemen immer ansprechbar und auch sonst total zuvorkommend! Gerne wieder!
