If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the following amounts must be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) up to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) up to the day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day the rental period begins or later: the full rental price.

Just 150 meters from the sea dike, the water, and a few hundred meters from the magnificent beach. In the peacefully located "Huisduinen" you can truly relax.
In the village, there is a farm for the disabled where you can buy fresh yogurt and cheese, among other things.

Für den ersten Familien Urlaub war es echt schön, wir hatten schöne Tage und die Umgebung ist ein Traum.

Schönes ruhiges Chalet, was sich allerdings sehr aufheizt. Ein Ventilator wäre da schön. Ansonsten war wirklich alles vorhanden, sogar ein Grill. Allerdings für sehr große Menschen, wie meinen Partner oder wie mich als sehr übergewichtige Person war es im Bad und Schlafzimmer teilweise etwas eng.
Es ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen.
Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich.
Wir haben uns gut erholt.
