Landlords can charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees through IMM as authorized collection agents in the event of cancellation, taking into account saved expenses and the possibility of re-letting the holiday home. These flat-rate cancellation fees amount to: a) For a cancellation up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy, 30% of the total price. b) For a cancellation from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price. c) For a cancellation from the 29th day up to the day before the start of occupancy, 90% of the total price.
