Cancellation policy
Landlords can charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees through IMM as authorized collection agents in the event of a cancellation, taking into account saved expenses and the possibility of re-letting the holiday home. These flat-rate cancellation fees amount to:
a) 30% of the total price for cancellations up to the 50th day before the start of the occupancy.
b) 50% of the total price for cancellations from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of the occupancy.
c) 90% of the total price for cancellations from the 29th day up to the day before the start of the occupancy.

Cancellation due to Corona
In the event that you cannot start your trip due to an official travel ban for the Elba region, Tuscany, Italy, we offer you a free rebooking. Alternatively, we will refund the travel amount already paid - minus a small processing fee. We are happy to inform you about the necessary deadlines for this.
In general, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance that also covers cancellation due to a required Corona quarantine. We are happy to take out this insurance for you.

Holiday destination
The beautiful sandy beach (sand with fine gravel) of Pareti is just a few meters away via a stone staircase. The gently sloping beach into the sea is particularly suitable for families with children. The beach offers usual services such as sun lounger rental, bar, restaurant, and paddle boat hire. However, it is not one of the very large beaches like Lido di Capoliveri. Pareti is located in the south of the island of Elba and administratively belongs to Capoliveri, the popular hilltop village.
