You can reach the apartment entrance from the parking level via 18 steps. Access to the apartment on the 2nd floor is through one of the terraces. Here at "Cà dal Nano," you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the opposite mountains from both the indoor and outdoor areas, in a location that is sunny all day long. A 23 m² terrace with a lava grill and a balcony invite you to peaceful hours in the sun. Another terrace, approximately 16 m² in size, is located on the approximately 1,000 m² sloping property. Here you will also find lounging options with a fantastic view of the lake.
