Cancellation policy
Cancellation and termination of stay for 2023.
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the lease without naming a new tenant who enters the contract under the same conditions, the tenant must pay the following pro rata rents as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:
Cancellation:
-up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: cancellation is possible
-up to 43 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price
-up to 29 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
- No show or interruption of the holiday ... 100% of the full booking amount.
(2) A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The day on which the declaration is received by the landlord is decisive.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, eine tolle liebevolle Gastgeber Familie. Das Haus ist traumhaft schön, es lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet und es ist sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gleich in der Nähe. Wer von seinem stressigen Alltag Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier absolut richtig. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen :)

Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber, man hatte alles notwendige vor Ort. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und war bei einem Problem mit der Spülmaschine sofort da und versorgte einen noch mit selbst angebauten Gemüse- wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind gut - der nächste Lidl ist in 8 Minuten Fahrtzeit schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem top - nur zu empfehlen!
