Cancellation policy
The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. In the event of a later cancellation, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.
If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not utilized, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly price as a flat rate according to the price list.

The location of the building right on Lake Como in the charming town of Sala Comacina, and therefore the lake view, is impressive. From Sala Comacina, you can plan many beautiful excursions by car or boat. Particularly lovely are Como, Menaggio, Lenno, and Bellagio.
