Cancellation policy
The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not utilized, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly rate as a flat rate according to the price list.

Holiday destination
Casa Rustica is located on the outskirts of Cremia. A 10-minute walk along a footpath takes you to the beach. By car, it's just under 5 minutes. Thanks to its hillside location, it offers beautiful views and plenty of sunshine.
Distance to parking: 100m. The neighborhood consists of private houses and large gardens. Cremia is a place rich in tradition. Right on the beach, there are some nice restaurants and bars. The beach is appealing to water enthusiasts of all ages. A lovely promenade runs right along the lake.

Es handelt sich bei dem Ferienhaus um ein mit viel Gesachmack und Liebe eingerichtetes, renoviertes Haus mit zwei Etagen, das sehr viel Charme hat. Der dazugehörende große Garten ist sehr schön mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet. In kurzer Zeit kann man zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto das Seeufer mit einer langen Promenade und zwei Restaurants erreichen. Die Gastgeberin und der Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr sympatisch.

Die Villa Rustica ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes historisches Haus. Der Garten ist fantastisch, direkt neben dem Haus liegt eine Schlucht mit einem Wasserfall, zu dem es einen privaten Zugang gibt. Im Sommer könnte man in diesem Bach sogar baden. Der Blick auf den See ist wunderschön. Zu beachten ist, dass der große Essbereich sich in einer zwar überdachten, aber offenen Loggia befindet. Falls man wegen Kälte in der Küche essen möchte, wird es eng. Auch das WLAN ist nur unmittelbar in dieser Loggia zu empfangen, nicht jedoch im übrigen Haus. Wen das nicht stört, wird ein individuell gestaltetes kleines Paradies vorfinden, mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Auch der Ort Cremia ist als Standort am Comer See hervorragend gelegen. Wir können die Villa Rustica nur empfehlen.
