Cancellation policy
The guest can cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus any services not utilized, provided these are not included in the daily or weekly rate as a flat rate according to the price list.

Livo is a romantic and historic place situated just above Lake Como. Casa Ghema is part of this village and is very peacefully located in a car-free area. In the neighborhood, there are other private houses, nearby there is a good pizzeria and a charming village shop. The surrounding area features extensive chestnut forests, alpine pastures, and mountain meadows.

Die Casa Ghema ist eine großzügige Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung ist modern, gut sortiert und leicht verständlich.
Als Familie mit zwei Teenagern hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Die Dorfbewohner sind fruendlich und die Pizzeria die beste in der wir je waren.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
