The landlords can charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees through IMM as authorized collection agents in the event of a withdrawal, taking into account saved expenses and the usually possible re-letting of the holiday home. These flat-rate cancellation fees amount to: a) For a withdrawal up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy 30% of the total price. b) For a withdrawal from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy 50% of the total price. c) For a withdrawal from the 29th day up to the day before the start of occupancy 90% of the total price.
