Cancellation policy
The cancellation fees for holiday accommodations (holiday home, apartment, etc.) according to § 651i paragraph 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are as follows:
up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the price;
from the 59th day before the start of the rental period, 50% of the price;
from the 35th day before the start of the rental period, 80% of the price;
3 days before the start of the rental period or in case of no-show, 100% of the price.

Monte Argentario is a peninsula of approximately 60 square kilometers of stunning natural beauty, connected to the mainland by 3 strips of land. Two of these strips offer miles of sandy beaches, bordered by pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation; the crystal-clear water is ideal for diving.
The picturesque Porto Santo Stefano nestles in a sheltered bay. Exclusive villas along with yachts and ferries shape the image of the beautiful harbor town. The scenic mountainous region of Monte Argentario with its rugged coastline reaches its highest point at 635 meters.
Getting there
Take the A12 motorway to the end at Rosignano Marittimo, then continue on the SS1 expressway towards Rome until the Albinia exit. Turn right towards Porto Santo Stefano and continue until just before the beginning of Porto Santo Stefano.

Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist fantastisch, wir waren tagsüber immer draußen. Die Betten sind bequem, es gibt überall Fliegengitter. Die obere Etage ist etwas enttäuschend. Die Sofas sind sehr durchgesessen, bequemes Sitzen ist dort nicht wirklich möglich. Die Küche ist sehr einfach ausgestattet. Es gibt Geschirr und Gläser maximal in 6-facher Ausfertigung, die Pfannen sind zerkratzt, andere Küchenhelfer begrenzt vorhanden. Gasherd und Gasgrill sind ohne Zündsicherung. Dies ist in einfachen Wohnungen alles hinnehmbar, für den Mietpreis nicht akzeptabel. Der Service war wunderbar, Laura und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, man kann sich viel angucken, der Weg in die Stadt ist leider nur an der vielbefahrenen Straße möglich. Insgesamt war es ein wundervoller Urlaub.

Liebe Gäste der Casa sul Mare,
Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und ich freue mich, dass es Ihnen gefallen hat. Allerdings finde ich es sehr schade, dass Sie mir Ihre Ausstattungsprobleme nicht gleich zu Beginn Ihres zweiwöchigen Urlaubs mitgeteilt haben, obwohl wir sowohl telefonisch als auch per Mail in Kontakt waren. Leider haben Sie mir dadurch keine Möglichkeit zur Abhilfe / Besserung gegeben. Es wäre durch Laura problemlos möglich gewesen, Abhilfe zu schaffen denn vermutlich hat sie zum Saisonbeginn eine nicht so gründliche Kontrolle durchgeführt, wie es notwendig gewesen wäre. Ich wohne in der nördlichen Toskana und habe durch ca. 250 km Entfernung leider nicht so oft die Gelegenheit zur Kontrolle und bisher haben auch Stammgäste des Hauses diese Mängel nie erwähnt. Auch was Gasherd und Gasgrill angeht, hätte Lauras Mann das Problem sicherlich gerne kontrolliert und dann auch beheben können. Es tut mir sehr leid, dass Ihr Urlaub durch diese Umstände unnötig getrübt wurde.
