The cancellation fee is staggered as follows:
- until 30th day before departure 20% of the rent
- From the 29th day before arrival 80% of the rent
- From 10th day before arrival 100% of the rent
If we can find another tenant for the same period and
on the same conditions, regardless of
Withdrawal date we calculated only 20% of the rental price.

The best travelling is by plane from many European airports to Valencia or Alicante (eg Ryanair, Easyjet etc.), then you need to rent a car and in just 60 minutes you'll arrive at Denia.

Unsere Ferien in der Villa Marquesa waren wundervoll. Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen, modern und gemütlich.
Die Villa Marquesa haben wir in einem top gereinigten Zustand übernehmen können.
Alles was das Herz begehrt war vorhanden. Die guten Tips sind sehr von Nutzen, die Hausüber- und abgabe
hat bestens geklappt und war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert.
Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Familie Pickel hat uns überzeugt.
