The cancellation fee is staggered as follows:
- until 30th day before departure 20% of the rent
- From the 29th day before arrival 80% of the rent
- From 10th day before arrival 100% of the rent
If we can find another tenant for the same period and
on the same conditions, regardless of
Withdrawal date we calculated only 20% of the rental price.

The best travelling is by plane from many European airports to Valencia or Alicante (eg Ryanair, Easyjet etc.), then you need to rent a car and in just 60 minutes you'll arrive at Denia.

Wir waren als Familie in der Villa Perseu und die Bilder halten wirklich alles was sie versprechen! Sehr sauber und ein Haus auf topniveau !
Wir hatten wahnsinnig schöne und erholende Tage hier... die Grillabende auf dieser Traumterrasse waren unvergesslich.
Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit auch bei einigen Nachfragen zur Umgebung haben wir sofort Unterstützung bekommen
Denia selbst ist auch wirklich sehenswert - schöne abwechslungsreiche Gassen mit guten Restaurants...auch sehr empfehlenswert die Marina...Naturschutzgebiet in unmittelbarer Umgebung und Castell de Denia sind auch unbedingt Ausflüge wert.
