Cancellation policy
You can cancel your trip at any time before it begins. The receipt of the cancellation notice by us is decisive. The standardized cancellation fee is staggered as follows:
- up to the 30th day before the start of the rental 20% of the rental price
- from the 29th day before the start of the rental 80% of the rental price
- from the 10th day before the start of the rental 100% of the rental price
If we manage to find another renter for the same period and under the same conditions, only 20% of the travel price will be charged, regardless of the cancellation date.

Getting there
The most economical way to travel is by plane from many European airports to Valencia or Alicante (e.g., with Ryanair, Tuifly, Lufthansa, Iberia, etc.), from there you only need about 60 minutes to Denia with a rental car. Those who prefer to drive directly by car should prepare for the following distances: from Berlin 2300 km - from Frankfurt/Main 1800 km - from Cologne 1850 km. From Germany, the route to Denia is completely accessible via motorways.
