The holiday apartment is part of a larger building in the town of Livo, which was formerly used for agricultural purposes. Today, it houses several holiday apartments, one of which is Casa Allegra. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a bright bathroom with a shower, a cozy living room with a kitchenette, dining table, sofa, and satellite TV. The balcony, offering a view of Lake Como, is particularly delightful.
The sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment includes a sunny balcony and a private garden with a large wooden terrace. Here, you can have breakfast in the shade of a magnolia tree and also enjoy a barbecue. The furnishings and decorations have been lovingly selected, making the apartment very cozy and comfortable.

The holiday apartment Casa Allegra is located in the romantic village of Livo. Nearby are private houses and their gardens. In Livo, there is a well-stocked village shop and 2 good restaurants. Honey from the surrounding chestnut forests is sold by the neighbor. Hiking and mountain bike tours can be started right from the front door. Lake Como is about a 10-minute drive away.
Having a car is recommended. There is also a regular bus service to Livo. You will receive detailed directions upon booking.

The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy.
If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation takes place between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price.
In the event of a no-show, the entire rental price will be charged, minus any services not used, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly price as a flat rate according to the price list.
The guest is always free – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that damage has not occurred or has not occurred to the extent calculated. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.
