The landlords can, through IMM as authorized collection agents, charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees in the event of withdrawal, taking into account saved expenses and the possibility of alternative occupancy of the holiday home. These flat-rate cancellation fees amount to: a) For a withdrawal up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy, 30% of the total price. b) For a withdrawal from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price. c) For a withdrawal from the 29th day up to the day before the start of occupancy, 90% of the total price.
