Villa Golfo Stella is a beautiful natural stone house with 2 apartments in a preferred villa area of the famous hilltop village of Capoliveri, which was very tastefully built in Tuscan style in 2001.
The holiday apartment on the upper floor is about 50m2 and has a cozy kitchen-living room with a high-quality sofa bed for 2 people. An open fireplace completes the tasteful decor.
The covered and furnished terrace offers a panoramic view that, on clear days, extends to Montecristo and Corsica. In the garden, you can relax with a view of the sea. Villa Golfo Stella is located on the western slope below Capoliveri in a quiet villa area.

Villa Golfo Stella is situated on a western slope below Capoliveri, approximately 300m from the small bathing cove of Stecchi (sand and fine pebbles) and 1 km from the picturesque natural sand beaches: Barabarca and Zuccale. The charming town of Capoliveri, founded in Roman times, is about 2 km away and can also be reached on foot. The port town of Porto Azzurro with its large piazza, marina, and special southern charm is just a few minutes away.

The landlords can charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees through IMM as authorized collection agents in the event of cancellation, taking into account saved expenses and the usually possible re-letting of the holiday property. These flat-rate cancellation fees amount to:
a) For a cancellation up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy, 30% of the total price.
b) For a cancellation from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price.
c) For a cancellation from the 29th day up to the day before the start of occupancy, 90% of the total price.

In the event that you are unable to start your trip due to an official travel ban for the Elba region, Tuscany, Italy, we offer you a free rebooking. Alternatively, we will refund the travel amount already paid - minus a small processing fee. We are happy to inform you about the necessary deadlines for this.
In general, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which also covers cancellation due to a required Corona quarantine. We are happy to conclude this for you.
