Large Tuscan farmhouse, about 500 square meters, located just 15 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast, Casale Acquaviva is ideal for families or small groups of up to 40 people.
The farmhouse is in fact composed of only 6 apartments and has a large outdoor area with private swimming pool surrounded by lawn and equipped with a solarium with tropical umbrellas, shower and sun loungers.
Each of the 6 apartments, furnished in rustic Tuscan style, has an equipped kitchenette: in total the farmhouse has 12 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.
At guests' disposal a large pergola with tables and benches for outdoor dining and 3 barbecues. Parking space. Outdoor lighting.
The farmhouse is located in a quiet position just 2 km from the village of Montescudaio where you can find shops for basic needs and several restaurants.
The Etruscan Coast offers more than 20 km of sandy beaches, during your stay you can choose a new beach every day.
During your stay at the farmhouse we can organize dinners with our chef based on Tuscan cuisine, birthday parties, cooking lessons for adults and children, pizza parties. On request, rental of mountain bikes or e-bikes.
Special features
At the pool side you have a large pergola with wood table and benches where you could eat all togehter. Barbecue grills are available for guest use in a corner of the park that surrounds the property.
During your stay in the villa we can organize dinners with Tuscan cuisine, birthday parties, cooking classes for adults and children, pizza parties with our chef.
Holiday destination
The beaches of Cecina Mare are nearby, some are freely accessible, some are private. The strategic location makes it possible to choose a different beach every day.
Also visit the famous "spiagge bianche" (the white beaches) of Vada, where the white sand and the crystal blue water are reminiscent of the Caribbean.
