We are on a very strategic location near the beach and to the most important touristic attractions fo Tuscany.

Holiday destination

The villa has a big and private and fenced garden (around 1500 sm large) at your disposal with furniture, barbeque, outdoor-shower and lying-chairs and a large gazebo, very nice for dinner outside. All just a few meters from the pool of the farm. The villa is on a private hill surrounded by wine yards and olive trees. The house is located inside the large park of our farm. We are only a few minute by car from the beach. We have here more than 20 km of sandy beaches, you can reach a new beach each day.
