The apartments are spacious and well equipped, all with terrace, big balcony or loggia. One reserved parking nearby the apartment. The apartment has TV, washing machine, dishwasher, coffeemaker, electric kettle and oven or microwave.
The Resort has two large pools set in the park. There are sport facilities for everybody: tennis, padel, football, beach volley and boccia, and for the smaller ones there are playground and baby pool. Restaurant, Pizzeria and Cafe.

Garda Resort Village is located in a strategic position very close to the A4 highway, which runs between Milan and Venice. It's also the perfect starting point for half day tours to towns such as Sirmione, Malcesine, Salò or Limone. The resort is just 10 minutes away from Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark, Sealife and Safari park.
Garda Resort Village is probably the most complete resort at Lake Garda.
The resort is located in a strategic position very close to the A4 highway, you can exit at Sirmione or Peschiera, an within a few kilometres you will reach the resort.
Check in can be done between 3.00 – 7.00 pm. If you would like to arrive earlier please contact us and we will do our best to get the apartment ready for your arrival. If you arrive later please call in advance and agree upon arrival out of time.

Cancellations and no show.
Cancellations must be in written form, by e-mail to info@gardaresortvillage.com, and be reconfirmed by Garda Resort Village. If the reserved apartment cannot be rented to other clients, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
- 45 - 28 days prior to the arrival: 30% of the booking value;
- 27 - 21 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the booking value;
- 20 - 14 days prior to the arrival: 75% of the booking value;
- less than 13 days prior to the arrival or no show: 90% of the booking value.
Decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fees is the next working day after the receipt of the cancellation
