Cancellation policy
Cancellations and no show.
Cancellations must be in written form, by e-mail to info@gardaresortvillage.com, and be reconfirmed by Garda Resort Village. If the reserved apartment cannot be rented to other clients, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
- 45 - 28 days prior to the arrival: 30% of the booking value;
- 27 - 21 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the booking value;
- 20 - 14 days prior to the arrival: 75% of the booking value;
- less than 13 days prior to the arrival or no show: 90% of the booking value.
Decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fees is the next working day after the receipt of the cancellation

The Family friendly Garda Resort Village has two large pools and an Olympic swimming pool. There are sport facilities for everybody: padel, tennis, football, beach volley and boccia, and for the smaller ones, playground and baby pool. Our rental office is open daily and our international staff (Italian, German, Danish) is there to assist you planning an unforgettable holiday.
