In the event of cancellation, the following fees will apply: if you cancel up to 42 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged; if you cancel from the 42nd day up to the 28th day before arrival, 60% of the total amount will be charged; if you cancel from the 28th day up to the day of arrival, 90% of the total amount will be charged; and if you cancel on the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount plus a €50.00 cancellation fee will be charged. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance with your insurer.

Holiday destination
Lemmer is a town on the edge of the Ijsselmeer and has about 10,000 inhabitants. The Lemsterland offers a variety of activities for the active holidaymaker: swimming in safe waters, visiting indoor pools, windsurfing, trips on historic flat-bottomed sailboats, fishing, sailing or surfing courses. Lemmer is located in Lemsterland - a water-rich area with many lakes - next to the Ijsselmeer, such as Tjeukemeer and Grote Brekken.
Near your holiday home and the surrounding area of Lemmer, you will find many ideal and quiet spots for fishing. With a boat, you can reach the Frisian lake district and protected bays from the house. The Lemmer beach on the Ijsselmeer is about 1500 meters away. Ample parking is available.
Getting there
To the city office MarinaPark Lemmer, Industrieweg 1:
from the direction of Emmeloord:
Take the Lemmer exit from the A6, go through the roundabout towards Lemmer / Balk.
After the third traffic light, continue straight over the lift bridge, then take the next street on the left (Plattedijk) towards the beach.
On the right side is the beach / Beachclub, then take the first street on the right into Industrieweg.
After 150 meters, the office is located in the Haus a la mer on the left side of the street.
From the direction of Joure:
Take the Lemmer exit from the A6, then turn right towards Lemmer / Balk.
After the second traffic light, continue straight over the lift bridge, then take the next street on the left (Plattedijk) towards the beach.
On the right side is the beach / Beachclub, then take the first street on the right into Industrieweg.

Wir sind mit einem Kleinkind gereist und fühlten uns alle sehr wohl. Aufgrund des schlechten Wetters konnten wir nicht oft bzw. alle Möglichkeiten nutzen - Segelboot vorm Haus, Fahrräder/Dreirad, Kajaks, etc. Aber die Lage ist sehr gut für Wassersportler oder auch als Ausgangspunkt für andere Unternehmungen geeignet. Beim Babybett war nur leider keine Matratze und keine Bettwäsche dabei. Das sollte man bei Bedarf daher besser extra dazu sagen. Die Matratzen des großen Bettes waren für unsere Verhältnisse sehr hart, aber das ist sicher Geschmackssache. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
