Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, the following costs will be incurred: for cancellations up to 42 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged; for cancellations from the 42nd day up to the 28th day before arrival, 60% of the total amount will be charged; for cancellations from the 28th day up to the day of arrival, 90% of the total amount will be charged; for cancellations on the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount plus a cancellation fee of €50.00 will be charged. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance with your insurer.

Lemmer, international water sports center on the IJSSELMEER. Here you will find sandy beaches, forests, islands, and the Frisian Lakes, as well as plenty of fresh air!
Getting there
To the city office MarinaPark Lemmer, Industrieweg 1:
from the direction of Emmeloord:
Take the Lemmer exit from the A6, go through the roundabout towards Lemmer/Balk.
After the third traffic light, go straight over the lift bridge, then take the next street on the left (Plattedijk) towards the beach.
On the right side is the beach/Beach Club, then take the first street right into Industrieweg.
After 150 m, the office is located in the Haus a la mer on the left side of the street.
From the direction of Joure:
Take the Lemmer exit from the A6, then turn right towards Lemmer/Balk.

Wir möchten dieses schönes Ferienhaus nächstes Jahr wieder mieten und gerne eine Empfehlung aussprechen.
Als Familie mit zwei Jungs (4 + 7) und Opa & Oma, war der Aufenthalt perfekt.
Wunderbare Abende auf der Terrasse und im schönen Örtchen. Strand für die Kinder wunderbar, ebenfalls das Erlebnis mit dem Boot auf dem Wasser.
Grillen, spielen auf dem nahegelegenen Spielplatz oder Fahrradtouren, sehr schön.
Ausstattung des Hauses, perfekt, pflegeleicht und sehr harmonisch.
Vielen Dank, bis zum nächsten Jahr.
