The outside of the house is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The large chlorine pool, 10 metres long and 4 metres wide, with a depth varying between 0.60 and 1.55 metres, is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Around the pool there are 6 sun loungers where you can relax in the warm sunshine. The furnished porch creates an outdoor space which, together with the barbecue, is ideal for enjoying delicious alfresco meals.
Entering the bright interior of the house distributed over two floors, you will find the space shared by the living room and the dining room. With a fireplace and a Smart TV next to the sofa and two armchairs, it is an ideal space where you can relax in the evening with your companions. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious home-cooked meals to eat together in the dining room. On the ground floor there are two of the three bedrooms of the house, one of them with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and the other one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have an exit to the garden. To complete this floor, there is a second bathroom with shower. Going upstairs you will find a second living room with a sofa and the third bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. Finally, if you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available. For your comfort during your stay you can make use of the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

If a client wishes to cancel their booking, they should immediately notify Homerti by both calling and writing. If a guest cancels a booking, the agency will apply the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation more than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.
If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided.
