If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Holiday destination
This chalet is perfectly located, with everything you might need nearby: the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, etc. There is a bus that passes every 15 minutes to Can Picafort or to Port d'Alcúdia, Port de Pollença or Palma. The fine, white, sandy beach is only 1km away. This beach is perfect for families with small children, as the beach steeps slowly into the sea and the children will enjoy playing there all day long.
Other beaches and interesting places are easy to reach, by car: the rugged peninsula of Cap de Formentor, the beach of Playas de Muro, the unspoiled beaches of Son Serra de Marina or the restaurants and leisure of Pollença and Port de Pollença. Don't forget to visit Alcúdia's old town, with it's cobbled streets, the church and the ruins of the old roman city and amphitheater. Tuesdays and Sundays there is a market in Alcudia and the village transforms into a bustling and vibrant place.

Tolle Lage der Unterkunft. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet (leider 1000e Ameisen in der Küche, überall, auch auf der Arbeitsplatte. Liegt in der Natur der Sache, es sind in der Garage Sprühdosen mit Giften vorhanden, aber wer möchte das auf einer Fläche die mit Lebensmitteln in Kontakt kommt...) Die Couch ist sperrmüllreif, da gibt es kein Schönreden! Man sitzt fast auf dem Boden, sie ist fleckig und rissig. Der Fernseher ist auch ein Altertümchen und hat ca alle 2 Minuten kleine Störungen im Bild. Wenn man dort 14 Tage verbringt und es Abends kalt ist und man drinnen sitzen MUSS ist das schon sehr, sehr nervig! Hier sollte dringend Geld investiert werden. Der Rest des Hauses ist nett, der Eigentümer kommt SEHR OFT vorbei um den Garten zu versorgen (oder zu kontrollieren ;-). Sonst eine ruhige Unterkunft!

Es hat in der Finca an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben unseren 2j. Sohn mit gutem Gefühl drinnen und auf der grossen Terrasse spielen lassen können. Selbst bei Regen lässt es sich gut aushalten, da viel Platz im Haus war.
In der Nachbarschaft viele Läden und Spielplätze. Allerdings definitiv nicht ein"ruhiger Teil Mallorcas", Strände selbst im Sept. total überfüllt...Nicht jedermanns Sache. Das Haus ist jedoch uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!!
