Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the following costs will be incurred: if you cancel up to 42 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged; if you cancel from the 42nd day to the 28th day before arrival, 60% of the total amount will be charged; if you cancel from the 28th day until the day of arrival, 90% of the total amount will be charged; if you cancel on the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount plus a cancellation fee of €50.00 will be charged. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance with your insurer.

Lemmer is located on the IJsselmeer and the Grote Brekken. It is part of the Lemsterland municipality and is situated in South Friesland. These waters are suitable for many types of water sports and fishing. There is also an orchid park nearby. Take day trips in the surrounding area and visit various museums and cheese farms. There is also a naval museum in Den Helder with a walkable submarine.
Getting there

Departing from the A6 towards Lemmer, go through the roundabout towards Lemmer/Balk.
After the third traffic light, continue straight over the lift bridge, then take the next street left (Plattedijk) towards the beach.
On the right side is the beach/Beachclub, then take the first right onto Industrieweg.
After 150 meters, the office is located in the Haus a la mer on the left side of the street.

Erster Urlaub in den Niederlanden - nur zu empfehlen - Unterkunft sehr ordentlich, ruhig und zu empfehlen.
Wenn es einen Nachteil gibt, dann - es gibt noch bessere Ferienwohnungen - wir brauchten sie aber nicht.. .

Wander - u. Fahrradurlaub im Marina Park, Lemmer
Raus aus dem Alltag. Mit dem Fahrrad am Ijsselmeer
entlangfahren. Wunderschöne und ebene Fahrradwege.
Meeresluft schnuppern. Es gibt viel zu entdecken und auf
keinen Fall den Fotoapparat vergessen. Die Umgebung von Lemmer ist auch herrlich zum Wandern und Reiten.
Das schöne Ferienhaus mit dem Garten und den süßen
Entchen, die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Wasser und den
vielen Booten ist dann die Relaxzone, zum Entspannen und
man fühlt sich wie im Paradies. Ich war begeistert und komme sehr gerne wieder. Bis bald!
