Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the following costs will be incurred: if you cancel up to 42 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged; if you cancel from the 42nd day to the 28th day before arrival, 60% of the total amount will be charged; if you cancel from the 28th day up to the day of arrival, 90% of the total amount will be charged, and if you cancel on the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount plus a cancellation fee of €50.00 will be charged. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance with your insurer.

Holiday destination
Lemmer is a town on the edge of the IJsselmeer and has about 10,000 inhabitants. It is part of the Lemsterland municipality. Lemmer is one of Friesland's most important water sports locations and serves as a center for the southern part of the province of Friesland. Lemmer is situated in Lemsterland - a water-rich area with many lakes - next to the IJsselmeer, for example, Tjeukemeer and Grote Brekken. These are suitable for many forms of water and angling sports.
Near your bungalow and the surrounding area of Lemmer, you will find many ideal and tranquil spots for fishing. With a boat, you can reach the Frisian lakes and sheltered bays from the bungalow. The bathing beach of Lemmer on the IJsselmeer is about 1500 meters away. Ample parking is available.
Getting there
To the city office MarinaPark Lemmer, Industrieweg 1:
from the direction of Emmeloord:
Take the Lemmer exit from the A6, through the roundabout towards Lemmer / Balk.
After the third traffic light, continue straight over the lift bridge, then take the next street on the left (Plattedijk) towards the beach.
On the right side is the beach / Beachclub, then take the first street on the right into Industrieweg.
After 150 m, the office is located in the Haus a la mer on the left side of the street.
From the direction of Joure:
Take the Lemmer exit from the A6, then turn right towards Lemmer / Balk.
After the second traffic light, continue straight over the lift bridge, then take the next street on the left (Plattedijk) towards the beach.
On the right side is the beach / Beachclub, then take the first street on the right into Industrieweg.
After 150 m, the office is located on the left side of the street in the Haus a la mer.

Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub. Nicht nur durch den Freundlichen Empfang der Fam. Jöger, sondern auch durch den tollen und liebevoll eingerichteten Bungalow.
Wo sonst findet man einen offenen Kamin, Blick direkt aufs Wasser und ein Badezimmer mit Regendusche, was sicherlich noch nicht sehr alt ist?
Im Sommer ist es hier bestimmt toll zum baden, da am Grundstück direkt eine Badeleiter vorhanden ist. Auch gehört ein kleines Ruderboot dazu.
Doch auch der Winter hat seine Reize, da viel unternommen werden kann.
Insgesamt zu empfehlen Uns ist nichts negatives aufgefallen. Wir kommen wieder!
