Cancellation policy
General Terms and Conditions:
The holiday home is firmly rented by the named tenants. If the tenants do not commence the journey - for whatever reasons - the deposit is forfeited to the landlord. In the event of cancellation up to one month before the start of the rental period, the landlords will endeavor to rent the holiday home to other interested parties. If successful, they will refund 70% of the deposit to the tenant. If the rental is not successful, the tenant is obliged to pay the full rental fee. In case of cancellation less than one month before the start of the rental, the deposit is forfeited. The landlords will attempt to rent out the property. In the event of a rental, the remaining payment will not be demanded. In the event of non-rental, the remaining payment must be made by the tenant.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Just south of Den Helder, you'll find the quaint village of Julianadorp aan Zee. As the name suggests, the village is located by the sea, and along the coast, you'll not only discover beautiful dunes but also expansive beaches boasting the Blue Flag designation.
Julianadorp aan Zee is also a place with many flower fields. A visit in the spring is highly recommended.
Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the golf course in Julianadorp. Your children will have loads of fun on the beach with kites. Additionally, the village offers several restaurants and shops.
