The holiday home is firmly rented by the named tenants. If the tenants do not commence the trip - for whatever reasons - the deposit will be forfeited to the landlord. In the event of cancellation up to one month before the start of the rental, the landlord will attempt to rent the holiday home to other interested parties. If successful, we will refund 70% of the deposit to the tenant. If the rental is not successful, the tenant is obliged to pay the full rental fee. In the event of cancellation less than one month before the start of the rental, the deposit is forfeited. The landlord will attempt to rent out the property. In the event of a rental, the remaining payment will not be requested. In the event of non-rental, the remaining payment must be made by the tenant.
We recommend taking out private travel cancellation insurance.
