Holiday destination
Wonderful white villa from the turn of the century in the style of the famous spa architecture. The tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment (shower temple/steam sauna) has a direct sea view and is only steps away from the beach. It is situated in the quiet part of the beach promenade, right at the water, only minutes to the enchanting village centre and to the magnificent spa house. Nearby the Granitzer Wald begins; the Schmachter See invites you to stroll with its enchanting shore promenade.
Getting there
Arriving by car: At STRALSUND, the new AB A20 leads directly to the island via the magnificent new Rügen dam. BERGEN, and then follow the signs for BINZ. The villas on the BEACH PROMENADE are accessed from the rear of the houses. Please enter SCHWEDENSTRASSE into your navigation system. Arrival by RAIL. The OSTSEEBAD BINZ is approached from all large cities in Germany with an Intercity.

Die Wohnung wirkte auf uns nicht gepflegt und vernachlässigt Fernseher im Schlafzimmer kaputt, Fön im Badezimmer schmutzig, und verklebt, im Spiegelschrank im Badezimmer war das Licht kaputt. Der Tresor stand einfach so im Wohnzimmerschrank, war verschlossen, das Batteriefach offen und die Batterien fehlten. Die Hausdame war nicht sehr kooperativ. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist , haben unsere beiden Koffer zur Touristinfo schicken lassen. Diese schließt allerdings Samstags um 14.00 Uhr, unsere Ankunftszeit war erst 17:00. Frau Giese wollte unsere Koffer zur Wohnung bringen lassen. Als wir vor der Wohnung standen, teilte uns Frau Giese mit, dass sie nicht gewusst habe, dass die Info bereits um 14:00 schließt, sie selbst sei um 14:30 Uhr da gewesen. Nach 10 Std Zugfahrt - keine Koffer
