Holiday destination
Absolutely quiet, yet very central location - just a few minutes' walk from the Binzer Seebrücke bridge - directly on the beach promenade. If the weather is clear, you can even see as far as the famous chalk cliffs from your apartment. Both the Granitzer Wald and the Schmachter See are in the immediate vicinity and are ideal for strolling and hiking. With numerous excursion boats you can visit many interesting sights on the island.
Getting there
Arriving by car: At STRALSUND, the new AB A20 leads directly to the island via the magnificent new Rügen dam. BERGEN, and then follow the signs for BINZ. The villas on the BEACH PROMENADE are accessed from the rear of the houses. Please enter SCHWEDENSTRASSE into your navigation system. Arrival by RAIL. The OSTSEEBAD BINZ is approached from all large cities in Germany with an Intercity.

Wir fahren schon einige Jahre nach Binz und immer wieder nehmen wir die Wohnung Morgenröte bei Frau Hartmann. Man hat das Gefühl, Zuhause angekommen zu sein. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es wird sehr darauf geachtet, das die Wohnung in einem hervorragenden Zustand übergeben wird. So, als wäre man der erste Gast. Was wir sehr schätzen. Man merkt der Wohnung nie an, das andere Gäste vorher da waren! Die persönliche Hausdame Frau Giese ist ein Goldschatz. Bei Problemen oder Fragen kann man Sie jederzeit anrufen. Sie hat immer ein offenes Ohr für den Gast. Dies ist auch nicht selbstverständlich in der heutigen Zeit. Binz, als Urlaubsort, ist sehr zu empfehlen mit Hund. In der Nebensaison kann man wunderbar mit dem Hund am Strand spazieren gehen. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen bei Frau Hartmann.

Von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat alles bestens geklappt. Auch eine anschließende Verlängerung um einige Tage war nach einem Telefonat mit Frau Hartmann möglich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem. Besonders hervorzuheben ist natürlich die einmalige Lage direkt an der Promenade mit Blick aufs Meer. Schon zum Frühstück kann man diese Aussicht genießen. Relaxen in den bequemen Stressless-Sesseln und dem Rauschen des Meeres zuhören oder doch die wenigen Meter zum Strand gehen - auch morgens vor 5 Uhr zum Sonnenaufgang - das ist Urlaub pur. Wir haben diesen Urlaub zusammen mit unserem Hund auf jeden Fall sehr genossen und werden gerne wieder kommen.
