Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, the following costs will be incurred: if you cancel up to 42 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged; if you cancel from the 42nd day up to the 28th day before arrival, 60% of the total amount will be charged; if you cancel from the 28th day up to the day of arrival, 90% of the total amount will be charged; if you cancel on the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged, plus a cancellation fee of €50.00. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance with your insurer.

If you want to get to know Lemmer and its surroundings from the water, we have the perfect boat for you. Our range includes everything from inflatable boats, to cabin motorboats that don't require a license, to 100HP motorboats, as well as sailing boats.
Getting there
To the city office MarinaPark Lemmer, Industrieweg 1:
from the direction of Emmeloord:
Take the Lemmer exit from the A6, through the roundabout towards Lemmer / Balk.
After the third traffic light, go straight over the lift bridge, then take the next street on the left (Plattedijk) towards the beach.
On the right side is the beach / Beachclub, then take the first right onto Industrieweg.
After 150 m, the office is located in the Haus a la mer on the left side of the street.
From the direction of Joure:
Take the Lemmer exit from the A6, then turn right towards Lemmer / Balk.

Ich habe die 126 eine Woche im Dezember gemietet, um eine ruhige Auszeit mit Freunden zu verbringen. Zur kalten Jahreszeit konnten wir es uns auf dem großen Ecksofa perfekt gemütlich machen und die Sicht auf das stille Wasser genießen (an Morgenden besonders märchenhaft: die zugefrorene Gracht!). In Weiß- und Grautönen gehalten wirkt es skandinavisch und modern, zugleich ist für alles gesorgt, um sich darin nur wohl und regelrecht eingekuschelt zu fühlen. Hier hat jemand Auge fürs Detail... Wenn wir wieder buchen, dann die 126.

So ein superschönes Ferienhaus- sehr hübsch eingerichtet, modern, dabei aber auch so gemütlich. Der Blick ist wirklich ohne Worte, ein Traum!
Das Haus war tiptop sauber, große gemütliche Couchlandschaft im Wohnzimmer, stylische Küche mit Vollausstattung, ganz toll! Highlight für uns der Steg mit einer großen, eingelassenen Badetreppe, wo man sich ganz toll mal sonnen kann!
Es ist sehr schön ruhig hier, wer Erholung sucht, perfekt! Kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder, hoffentlich bald :)
