In the event of a rental withdrawal from the agreed rental contract, the following cancellation fees must be paid by the tenant - unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement:

• "No Show" or termination of the rental during the agreed rental period: 100% of the pure rental price

Cannobio (approx. 5,100 inhabitants) is a lively town and one of the most important tourist centers on Lake Maggiore. This picturesque place has very ancient origins, reflected in the "Palazzi" from different eras. The beautiful lakeside promenade with the old harbor and its multitude of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars invites you to linger and relax. Particularly attractive is the public beach with its generous lawn (grass and sand), where you can find shade under the trees in the summer; this beach is wonderfully suitable for children. Water sports enthusiasts will enjoy the opportunity to rent various water sports equipment: surfboards, motorboats, pedal boats, etc. In Cannobio, there are also other sports facilities: sports field with athletics track, sailing club, tennis courts, bocce courts, mini-golf, children's playground, etc. The proximity to well-known places like Locarno and Ascona with their annual international film and jazz festivals expands the recreational offerings. Thanks to the shipping line, you can reach many places around the lake from the water. The numerous possibilities for walks and excursions by the lake and into the mountains and valleys give this area its special appeal.
