If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the following amounts must be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) up to 28 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) up to the day before the rental begins: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day the rental begins or later: full rental price.
