On the ground floor, you'll find the living room with satellite TV featuring all German channels. The open kitchen is fully equipped. During the cooler seasons, the entire house can be heated with a solar-assisted heating system on the ground floor, underfloor heating on the first floor, and air conditioning units (warm/cold). The first floor hosts another, smaller living room, with a door leading to a small terrace where you can enjoy the evening with a view of the bay and a sundowner.
Villa Valentina boasts a total of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest WC. One bedroom and one bathroom are located on the ground floor, while the other two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the upper floor.

Caleta de Vélez is a small fishing village with a marina and fishing port. Here, east of Málaga on the "Spanish side," mass tourism is not prevalent. Due to its central location, it is a wonderful starting point for excursions to the surrounding areas, such as Nerja, Alhama de Granada, Granada, Ronda, Cordoba, and Sevilla. Every Saturday, there is a weekly market in Caleta. From the villa, it's only a 500m walk to the harbor, beach, and the nearest supermarket (Aldi).

If the Spanish borders are closed and entry is not possible, you can cancel free of charge. However, we do not refund any deposits. If you need to cancel for health reasons, please contact your travel cancellation insurance.
If you wish to cancel for personal reasons otherwise, we will make an effort to find another renter for the property as quickly as possible. If we are successful, you will not need to make any further payments. Otherwise, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent. If we manage to re-rent only part of the time you booked, you will only need to pay for the remaining time not re-rented.
