Cancellation policy
If the Spanish borders are closed and entry is not possible, you can cancel free of charge. However, we do not refund any deposits. If you need to cancel for health reasons, please contact your travel cancellation insurance.
If you wish to cancel for personal reasons otherwise, we will make an effort to find another renter for the property as quickly as possible. If we are successful, you will not need to make any further payments. Otherwise, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent. If we manage to re-rent only part of the time you booked, you will only need to pay for the remaining time not re-rented.

Holiday destination
Caleta de Vélez is a small fishing village with a marina and fishing port. Here, east of Málaga on the "Spanish side," mass tourism is not prevalent. Due to its central location, it is a wonderful starting point for excursions to the surrounding areas, such as Nerja, Alhama de Granada, Granada, Ronda, Cordoba, and Sevilla. Every Saturday, there is a weekly market in Caleta. From the villa, it's only a 500m walk to the harbor, beach, and the nearest supermarket (Aldi).

You will arrive by plane via Málaga. We will send you a detailed route plan to the holiday property along with the rental agreement.

Die Villa Valentina lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie hat einen wundervollen Pool mit 4 bequemen liegen, und das Grundstück ist fast nicht einsehbar. Somit hat man in der Urbanisation eine schöne Privatsphäre. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen oder Backen benötigt, und es sind auch reichlich Geschirr und Gläser vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, es gibt viel Platz in den Schränken und das ganze Haus ist außerordentlich gut gepflegt. Für uns war es auch sehr angenehm, dass man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Bäcker, Supermarkt, Aldi, Chinesischer Markt mit allen Dingen die man braucht ) ohne Probleme mit ca. 10 min. Fußweg erreichen konnte. Familie Linse hat uns unglaublich freundlich empfangen und war für alle Fragen vor Ort für uns erreichbar. Vielen Dank !!
