In this case, or if you wish to cancel for personal reasons, we will make every effort to find another tenant for the property as soon as possible. If we are fully or partially successful, the owner will credit you with the profit from the new rental. You will then only need to pay any remaining difference. If we are unable to find a new tenant, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent.

Villa Alma is located in Caleta de Vélez, about 30 km east of Málaga in a well-maintained urbanization above the small yacht and fishing harbor of Caleta de Vélez, a small former fishing village. The Baviera Golf course is situated 2 km away, just behind the urbanization.

Auch in diesem Jahr waren wir wieder in der Villa Alma, und das nun schon zum 3. Mal ;-)
Wir fühlen uns hier immer sehr wohl!
Die Villa Alma ist einfach unser Ankerplatz bei den vielen Ausflügen, die wir in der Region unternehmen.
Die überdachte Terrasse und der einmalige Blick auf das Meer faszinieren uns immer wieder.
Selbst der Stromausfall im gesamten Land konnte uns nichts anhaben, denn die Villa Alma verfügt über eine Photovoltaikanlage mit Speicher ;-) !
Die Gastgeber wohnen ja vor Ort, sind somit immer ansprechbar und erfüllen auch "individuelle" Wünsche!
Wir freuen uns somit schon auf das nächste Mal in 2026 :-) !!!

Die Villa Alma ist wunderschön gelegen auf einem Hügel mit fantastischen Ausblick an dem man sich nicht sattsehen kann. Zur Ausstattung ist zu sagen, dass alles was man braucht vorhanden ist. Die Wohnräume sind ansprechend und modern möbliert. Die Küche ist komplett bestückt mit sämtlichen Kochutensilien. Terrasse mit schöner Bepflanzung, bequemen Liegestühlen und Auflagen. Ein kleiner völlig ausreichender Pool rundet das Bild ab.
Es wäre anzumerken, das ein Auto sehr zu empfehlen ist, da der Weg zum Strand, den Lebensmittelgeschäften und Restaurants dann komfortabler wird. Wer gut zu Fuß ist kann diese allerdings in 15 Minuten erreichen.
Die Buchung und Abwicklung der Reise hat super geklappt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.
