If we are fully or partially successful, the owner will credit you with the profit from the new rental. You would then only need to pay any remaining difference. If we are unable to find a new tenant, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent.

Holiday destination
El Morche is a small Spanish town, about 40km east of Málaga, right by the sea. Here, you can find Chiringuitos (fish restaurants) on the beach. Tapas bars, restaurants, a bakery, supermarkets, a bus stop, taxi rank, and ATM are all within a two-minute walk. There's also a health center and pharmacy. It's just 15 minutes to Nerja. The location is ideal for day trips to Granada, Córdoba, Sevilla, Marbella, and many others. The Málaga airport is only 40 minutes away.

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment Mar Alegre in El Morche war einfach schön! Die Lage direkt am breiten Sandstrand könnte nicht besser sein, wir haben die Nähe zum Meer sehr genossen. Das Apartment selbst war gut ausgestattet, sauber und komfortabel, ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Der Service von Hasta Pronto war ebenfalls hervorragend. Sie haben uns den Transfer organisiert, was den Einstieg in unseren Urlaub besonders stressfrei gemacht hat. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass Hasta Pronto immer erreichbar war und uns bei Fragen oder Anliegen schnell geholfen hat. Wir können das Apartment Mar Alegre nur empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt hier. Hasta Pronto bis bald!

Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer war ausschlaggebend zum Mieten dieser Wohnung. In 2 Minuten waren die Strandliegen erreicht.
Sauberkeit top. Moderne, funktionale Möblierung. Die grosse Dusche ein Traum.
Besonders positiv erwähnenswert ist die Familie, die vor Ort diese Wohnung betreut. Fragen werden jederzeit umgehend beantwortet, ein Gefühl von "Sorglosurlaub" ist garantiert.
Wir werden bestimmt wieder eines der vielen Ferienhäuser buchen.
