Holiday apartment with garden: 8 beds - 2 double bedrooms, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed (= 4 beds in one room), 2 bathrooms (shower, bidet, and toilet), living room, satellite TV, washing machine, kitchenette (4-burner stove, oven, large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment), furnished terrace, and grill.
The garden is sloping at one point. For this reason, part of the west side of the apartment is below garden level. However, this part of the apartment also offers large windows, thus providing sources of light and ventilation.
The apartment, located in a quiet area, offers air conditioning in all rooms (individually adjustable temperature) and also Wi-Fi. The parking space (free) is located in front of the accommodation.
Bed linen and towels are included in the service. On request, baby equipment (baby cot, high chair, and sun umbrella for the beach) can be arranged.

Free cancellation up to 35 days before the arrival date, from the 34th to the 22nd day before the arrival date, the 30% deposit of the rental price is retained (i.e., the deposit made will not be refunded), from the 21st to the 8th day before the arrival date, an additional 20% of the rental price will be charged (i.e., a total of 50%).
In case of later cancellation or no-show, or early departure, the full rental fee (= 100%) and payment for all used services will be required.
