Cancellation policy
Upon booking, we request a deposit of 30%. The balance is due upon arrival (in cash, by debit or credit card: Visa or Mastercard) - unless the trip is cancelled.
In this case, the following conditions apply:
Free cancellation up to 35 days before the arrival date, from the 34th to the 22nd day before the arrival date, the 30% deposit of the rental price is retained (i.e., the deposit made is not refunded), from the 21st to the 8th day before the arrival date, an additional 20% of the rental price is charged (i.e., a total of 50%).
In case of later cancellation or no-show or early departure, the total rental fee (= 100%) and the payment for all services used are required.
